Welcome to the Winter Trail Series hosted by Blue Pants Racing. We're inviting you to participate in three running events. Every run will be followed by a few hours of trail clean-up. Join us for 3 weekend mornings of running, volunteering and fun!

Every participant will receive a t-shirt and breakfast. Registration is limited to 50 runners so please register early. No paper application form and no event day registration available. Participate in all three events to be eligible for age-group awards! Awards to age-group winners (5 year age-groups, 3 deep).

Registration fee:

• $10 — one event
• $18 — two events
• $25 — three events

General Information

• The events will take place on dirt trails so please be prepared for loose rocks, steep climbs and other hazards.
• All races start at 7:00am and they are between 4 and 10 miles in length.

• There are no water-stops on the course but we'll have plenty of water and water-bottles at the start/finish.
• All events will be followed by a few hours of clean-up. All cleaning materials are provided and you don't have to bring anything.
• Please plan on car-pooling because parking is limited!
• You don't have to stay for the clean-up but your help is greatly appreciated!
• Packet pickup is before the event so please don't be late. If you're late please call 520.270.0763 and we'll wait for you.
• The events are timed and results will be posted online after the event. Awards ceremony after the third event.
• The events are small and low-key so please keep an open mind, be nice to your peers and have fun!

Race Schedule

Race One — January 10, 2009

Tortolita Mountains, Wild Burro Trailhead: Wild Mustang Trail (9.7 miles)
Directions: From Tangerine and Dove Mountain Road drive North. The trailhead will be on your right, 1/2 mile past the Gallery Golf Club.

Race Two — January 17, 2009

Tucson Mountain Park, 36th Street Trailhead (4 miles)
Directions: drive West on 22nd St, South on Mission Rd and West on 36th St. Drive to the end of 36th St.

Race Three — January 24, 2009

Tortolita Mountains, Wild Burro Trailhead: Alamo Springs Trail (7 miles)
Directions: From Tangerine and Dove Mountain Road drive North. The trailhead will be on your right, 1/2 mile past the Gallery Golf Club.
