Most runners are intimidated by swimming and the goal is to familiarize them with the water, train for summer swimming events and offer a low impact alternative for the off-season. Training coordinated by certified swimming coaches; see the coach's bio.
Social rides, twice a week to improve running performance. Training rides are not supervised nor coached.
We meet once a week at the local climbing gym for fun cross-training.
You will receive free technical apparel, discounted running shoes and free race entries! All you have to do is participate in all supported events, wear your uniform, promote the club and volunteer 20 hours per year.
